MOHA THEN, NOW & NEXT!

As the North Carolina Museum of History prepares for renovation, we invite you what is sure to be an unforgettable party to celebrate our 30 years in this building.  Join us on Thursday evening, September 26, when we’ll toast to a bright future as we reimagine our beloved Museum of History. We’ve dug deep into the history bag for this event! Performing live will be North Carolinian Curtis Pope and his band, The Midnight Movers (known for backing up “Wicked” Wilson Pickett), and a moonshine tasting of the very special Midnight Moon, made in the true spirit of North Carolina history and inspired by Junior Johnson’s family moonshine recipe. It’s handcrafted by the state’s first legal distillery. Plus, we’re grateful to have wonderful hosts, a terrific sponsor of Piedmont Distillers, and we’ve planned fun surprises!

If you are a Museum member, tickets are $20 for an individual and $40 for a couple.  

Not a member?
Your ticket price includes a discounted yearlong MOHA Membership for Individual: $35 for an individual and $70 for a couple.
